Do you know a woman who has been away from the workforce for an extended period? A Software Engineer, Program Manager or Designer? The Microsoft Vancouver LEAP Program is an immersive, 6-8-month program that provides women with the opportunity to re-enter the workforce.
You will also be provided with mentorship and learning opportunities aimed at refreshing your skills. This is a paid contract position and there may be an opportunity to receive a full time offer for those who successfully complete the program. Applicants must have been away from professional/paid work for a minimum of 12 consecutive months.
